By submitting mp3s and Band information to Project Independent, you are giving us permission to use music as necessary in order to further the possibility of inclusion on tour/showcase/cd compilation should we deem it probable. Artists also attests that the music submitted is original property with all rights to submittor and releases Project Independent of any liability for fraudulent submissions.
